If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that is lost in transit.
  • Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note:  Thread Domain will not be held liable to any lost or miss-routed parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. The only time you can't cancel your order is when there is a order of $150 or above placed this is because we ship out the product as soon as possible for faster delivery. If you want a refund then we charge a restocking fee of 50%. 

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. Thread Domain reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through submitting a ticket at our website.



There are cases wherein orders are being returned to us. This could be:

  • Item refused by addressee
  • Incorrect, illegible, or incomplete Shipping address provided
  • Expired retention period
  • Addressee absence or addressee is not on the delivery address during the time the order was delivered.

All customers are advised to contact us immediately if their order was returned to sender. We will do our best to process a replacement at no additional cost to customers or a refund whichever is applicable.
