In the meantime, I had contacted the seller to ask to return it and get a refund. The response was quick, friendly, and assured a full refund. In the end, I decided to keep it and am satisfied. My only complaint is that the inner fleece is not as thick as it appears in the photos. Would buy from this seller again.
